A great news for the 2018 edition will be the chef’s table offered on Sunday, June 3rd by Yousushi, a Japanese restaurant in Gorizia. Chef Adriano Maniacco will prepare, for four people, five dishes based on clients’ taste and a special dessert to end the meal. A unique experience thanks to Chef Maniacco’s ability to be able to mix Japanese noble cuisine with our land’s excellent specialties.
The dinner will be divided in two turns, the first one from 19.30 to 21.00 and the second one from 21.00 to 22.30, for four people only. The price is 45€ per person and reservation online is required, since limited number of seats available.
